“Mental Health – From the population and community context from the clinical, academic, and policy perspectives. Why workplaces should be leading the way with mental health education, promotion, early intervention.” Discussion with Professor Ian Hickie, John Mendoza and Mike Hammond.

10.45m – 11.45am - Second Session

“The lived experience… Hearing from the voices who have lived, loved and worked during episodes of  unwellness, How they managed and recovered, and the role work played in helping and hindering their journey’s.” Discussion with Keith Mahar and Jim Goodin  

1.45am – 12.35pm - Third Session
“What is personal & organisational resilience?  Why is it relevant to our health and wellbeing? How can we incorporate this into life and work”  Discussion with Erica Edmands and Ingrid Poulson

12.35pm -  Heidi Everitt & Philip Heuzenroeder will perform  

12.45pm – 1.30pm Lunch 1.30pm – 2.30pm  - Fourth Session
“The different journey’s workplace’s can take towards building mentally healthy, resilient and supportive environments.”  An interactive workshop activity with the team from mh@work,  clients and partner’s chairing each table of participants to take forward in your organisations 

2.30 – 4.00pm  - Final Session  
Hypothetical/Case Study;  “ A Cry for Help - The uncomfortable topic of Suicide in the Workplace”
